It's already Wednesday evening, almost Thursday morning, and I'm only half way done with my exams. Most people I know are either done or realllly close to it. Not this girl. I have one tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. and two on Friday plus work. I know that I'll be leaving in less than 48 hours though so that's really helping me get through these last few days of exams. My hardest (or at least what I thought would be my hardest) exam was on Monday and it's kind of been easy sailing ever since. Extra good news is that I got the final grade for that class and I ended up getting an A-!!! WHOO HOO. My goal this semester (and next for that matter) is to get as close as possible to a four point. I'm on my way. :)

Last night was Finals Breakfast, as I mentioned the other day. Some of my favorite professors and administrators on campus were there. Even the president of our university was there to celebrate all of the studying we had been doing and the end of a semester. It's nice to see that all of the students' hard work throughout the semester really gets noticed and appreciated by the faculty and staff on campus. Plus, it's a great break from studying. Who doesn't want waffles at ten o'clock at night with lots of coloring and Christmas puzzles thrown in? AND getting to hear some of your favorite Christmas carols sung by some of the best unknown singers ever (professors, administrators, and President Harder, even). Don't forget the people who dressed up for the costume contest... Seven Swams a Swimming, Christmas Grandmas, and the cast from The Christmas Carol. Overall, this Finals Breakfast was definitely a success.

This week has seriously kicked my butt. My brain is almost certifiably fried at this point and I'm only half way there. I am so ready for this week to be done. I want to be home with my family enjoying the holidays and all that goes along with that. Less than forty-eight hours... Less than forty-eight hours... Less than forty-eight hours. That's my new theme song...
