Well, it's been awhile since I've been on here, it seems. Though it's been less than a week. I am becoming bogged down with a thousand things to do these days. My stress and blood pressure are probably through the roof. My brain feels a little like mush. All of my classes are starting to run into each other and I have three exams on Friday. So, that means I have lots and lots of studying to do before then and little time to do it. That basically equals no fun for me. I honestly love the freedoms of college life and all but sometimes, it kicks me in the butt. I've stayed on top of things fairly well so far, like finishing homework a couple days early and such. These exams have just crept up on me like a cougar or something. Let's hope I can survive.

This past weekend, my little sister moved in to her college dorm. I'm not really sure how I feel about all this yet. She's my baby sister and I love her so much. But I'm not sure if she's ready. Maybe it's just that I'm not ready for her to be ready (does that make any sense?). You see, I'm the older sister who wants nothing but the best for my little sister and I would hate to see her be upset or fail at anything in her life and if I freak out about my studies, how will things be for her? Thankfully, she's only in Lima, which is about 20 to 25 minutes away so I can still go and see her and check up on her periodically to make sure everything is good. My poor parents though. Having two grown children out of the house has definitely been affecting them lately. Sure, they're happy to be alone again. But the void of having two bedrooms decorated for their baby girls and no one in them, that has to be tough. I'm kinda a baby still and I'll call my mom periodically when I have bad days, which means a lot lately. I love my family so much and I'm glad we're always there for each other always. My mom will be starting schooling again soon also so we'll have three college kids. Mom has already asked for help for when she's taking classes that may pertain to me a little, which I'm fine with. I will definitely help as much as possible.

The weekend of October 3rd through the 6th is our Fall Break. Let me just say that this is a date that almost every person I know on campus is looking forward to. Thankfully, only 10 days left. =) The countdown has begun.
