I am so stinking excited for Christmas!! I went and did most of my Christmas shopping on Black Friday so I'm ready to give out my gifts. Gift-giving is probably one of my all-time favorite things to do. I love to think really hard about what I'm going to give someone beforehand so that it's a really special gift. Although my gifts are normally pretty well thought out, they tend to be pretty cheap (seeing as how I'm a poor college kid). I love to see my friends and families' faces when they open their gifts and are so excited for them. I think I'd rather give a gift every day from now until forever than get a gift ever. Giving is so much better, in my opinion.
Last night, I got back and unpacked everything and decided that my homework could wait. I wanted to actually relax for a day before the hectic school/work week picked back up again. Instead of homeworking, my roommate and I put up our little Christmas trees and decorated our door to our room with tinsel and all the good decorations. It really feels like Christmas now. I'm SO EXCITED!!! As I mentioned earlier, I love gift-giving so I obviously couldn't wait for Christmas to give my friends their gifts. So last night was Christmas from Tasha! They were really excited and so was I. I think they really enjoyed my gifts, I hope so at least. Christmas in November! But only one day until December and three weeks til Christmas Break! I'm a little lame looking forward THREE WEEKS in advance but I'm so happy. I missed my family until I went home and then I missed my friends here in Bluffton and now that I'm back, I miss my family again. It'd be nice to infuse the two. Maybe my mom and dad can move to Bluffton and then I can see them and my friends here at Bluffton daily. That would be the life... :)
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS! (P.S. I've decided to say that every day to my roommate until Christmas. It'll probably get real annoying eventually but for now it's just funny and exciting!)
