Gotta Love Ohio Weather

It's spring in Ohio, meaning that we've had everything from 70 degrees to snow and rain and everything between. On Thursday, we had almost 60 degree weather during the day that turned into rain, sleet, and then into snow. Snow that stuck when it hit the ground. How that happened is beyond me but it did. When we woke up the next morning, there was about an inch of snow on the ground and the wind was so swift and cold that it took my breath away. By about 4 p.m. that day, it was warm enough that you could walk around campus in just a long sleeve shirt and no coat. The weather in Ohio is ten kinds of crazy but it's never, ever boring. It's an adventure every day, I suppose. You never know what it'll be doing outside.

In the coming weeks, my life is going to be ten kinds of crazy. We only have a little over month left of school, meaning that everyone has big papers, research projects, and a thousand other things to get done before the end of the semester. Oh, the life of a college student at the end of the year... This coming week is shortened because on Friday and the following Monday, we have Easter Break. Wednesday, April 7th is Civic Engagement Day, where all classes are cancelled and there are many different things going on around campus to make us aware of civic problems in the U.S. Friday, April 9th is a Psychology Research Conference that I am presenting at which I am so nervous about! After that, everythign is downhill with papers, projects, presentations, and everything between. I'm sure that everyone is starting to feel the crunch and I wish everyone luck with finishing up the school year. :)
