Monday, Monday, Monday

I've decided that the weekends go by WAYYYYY too quickly and the weeks go by WAYYYYY too slowly. Therefore making me feel like all I do is week stuff: classes, work and homework all day every day. I'm thinking of asking Santa for some more time in the day. That sounds like a reasonable request right? =)

So, a month from today is a very important day for me and most people. November 26th will be my 20th birthday. WOOT! It is also Thanksgiving this year. Another WOOT! Also, it's my boyfriend and I's 4 year anniversary. WOOT! This Thanksgiving is going to be great. And it's going to be very very very very busy for me.

I LOVE FALL! Especially on campus. Saturday, my family came up for family pictures here in Bluffton because it really is so beautiful. They haven't been here before so I kind of showed them around and they were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and natural our campus is. The trees are the perfect shades of yellow, orange, and red right now. Chris, my boyfriend, came up to visit me yesterday and after dinner, we went on a walk/hike through the Bluffton University Nature Preserve. He's never been out there before so it was neat to see his face as we went through the woods and looked at the pond and walked over the bridge. Bluffton is absolutely gorgeous this time of the year. I'm so glad that the contractors and other people decided not to cut down all of the trees when building the buildings on campus. A lot of other students from other schools are surprised we have as many trees as we do. I've been told before that we have a forest on our campus. That's hardly true but all the trees we do have, I LOVE!!
