Health for your BODY:
- Get plenty of sleep
- Drink lots of pure water
- Eat a balanced diet with many fruits and veggies
- Exercise at least 10 minutes daily
- Take time to REST
Health for your LIFE:
- Take a look at where you are in life now and where you would like to be
- Set goals for yourself that are accomplishable, short, and specific
- Be creative and serving
- Do your best everyday and let the rest go
Health for your MIND:
- Schedule "down" time in your daily schedule
- After focused studying for 20 minutes, take a 5 minute break
- Pay attention to your thoughts and think ones that energize you
- Be intentional and aware of the habits you form... Choose good ones
Health for your RELATIONSHIPS:
- Be honest with others
- Treat yourself with love and treat others as you would like to be treated
- Realize that no one is perfect and everyone makes mistakes
- Be quick to forgive while avoiding abusive relationships
- Know that you can change someone else's life just by being there for them
